So the Slave Collective is putting on a festival type thing at the end of July 2007, featuring an all ages show on Fri 27th July and an R18 show on Sat 28th July with most $lave Collective bands appearing and a few non-$lave bands also performing.

The question for now is... What to call it?

I ended up saying revolt. Suits Slave, revolt does. I AM drunk as though.

resurgence I think is a more apt title for a $lave festival. well I would hope that the festival could mark the beginning of some sort of resurgence.

Awakening happened a long while back.... how many awakenings can you have lol

revolt.... yeah well I guess there has always been revolt in $lave....., so that would be my pick of the 3... I voted for "none of the above"

So thanks to all those who have voted and contributed to the naming, but
after some back room discussion( :wink: ) we are thinking it would be best to not use any of the poll names and use the title
"Dawn of a Grey Winter 07
The Slave Collective
Metal,Rock and Punk Festival"

This should give it a Slave identity and keep away from any negative connotations Slave Revolt could suggest about Slave.
