This is the current version of the $lave blurb

$lave is a musicians and artists collective.
By calling on our various resources, skills, talents and experience we provide a stable social and financial platform to create and gain exposure. By combining resources, time and energy we maintain a website, release compilations and perform gigs. Our group is basically a response to the difficulties of being an active original musician or artist within a corporate dominated society.
We support all forms of original music and art, and are opposed to all forms of discrimination. However, our oxymoron is zero tolerance on intolerance.
Anyone of like mind is welcome to join $LAVE or collaborate on projects. Our interest is in supporting the growth and exposure of original music and art.

Thanks Murray Juana, hopefully this gives eveyone a better understanding of what Slave stands for. I think Mike has done a good job too.:-)

I reckon it is really well put together, and mostly veryt clear, with the exception of one line;

I don't quite understand what this means. I think the previus line with reference to discrimination should sit on its own in a sentance maybe with the line I have quoted above, separating the "we support all forms of art" from that. I think it would make it a little clearer. I don't think you need large words that noot everyone around knows the meaning of like "oxymoron".
