My girlfriend has this album. She used it to make a cover for her bootleg copy of Richie Rhinestone and the Insatiable Cowboys. Smiley is the guy in the middle. I think I'm one of the two on the right hand side.

The guy on the right is Matt Hunt.

They don't bother to show the back cover, which has the guy in the middle with his eyes open, and the other four with their eyes closed. The reverse of the front cover (Waking and Dreaming - get it?)... Isn't that a clever cover design?
