yeh. cheap drinks and a good room sound. Have to put in a PA though... which can get quite costly.

So they not looking at puuting in a PA? not really a long term gig venue ya think? It would be wicked sweet nasty to take Scarfies back over again, I remember spending most of my youth there, and I emphasize YOUTH! Would be mega nice to have a regular rock/bogan/swamp/metal venue to call home. |

nah, they just have it as a private function type thing, so we'll have to keep sorting out PA's for it. |

good sound and cheap drinks... keeps me happy  though I like that Mode has a PA, makes gig way cheaper to put on. |

Yeah dude like the Adelaide in wellies.Gd local pub but only has vocal P.A so we have to hire pa n soundman for $150.But yeah they sell cheapish jugs n they look after ya n giv ya free beer sumtime! |

yeh, The Adelaide's all good, When Neckstretchers played there we used the Vocal PA and just our amps. Sounded all good, and made the show cheap as to put on. |

A good vocal PA is all you need really. As long as you have your own good heads and amps then no worries. I think all bars should be equipped with a PA at birth |
